The client faced the challenge of managing accounting processes across three separate systems, which resulted in constant data discrepancies, manual corrections, and high maintenance costs. Initially, we conducted a detailed audit of the information flow, mapping the processes and identifying points of duplication and error.
We then designed a unified data architecture and recommended a migration to a single, centrally managed system.
Once the approach was approved, we migrated the data, developed a set of connectors to integrate the remaining systems, and automated reporting and billing processes. During implementation, we placed significant emphasis on data validation to avoid the inconsistency issues seen in the past. Thanks to process automation and centralization, annual savings reached 80,000 EUR.

We then implemented a CRM and designed an automated system for personalized SMS and email notifications based on sales funnel stages. At the same time, we streamlined marketing activities – from scheduling posts and ads to managing Meta Ads – and conducted an audit of the existing campaigns.
Next, we automated communication in direct channels: we set up an automated email inbox management system and implemented a chatbot in the community’s WhatsApp group, which seamlessly imitated one of the team members and enabled the company to handle inquiries 24/7 without involving staff.
